Get to know a little about me!

From a young age, I’ve been drawn to the world of the arts—but it was through design that I discovered my true passion. I see design as more than just a functional solution; it’s a visual language that communicates ideas, evokes emotion, and shapes the way we experience the world. Design is everywhere—woven into every environment, across every era—and its evolving nature constantly offers new opportunities to explore, innovate, and grow.

I love the challenge of translating concepts into purposeful, engaging visuals. Whether it's building a brand identity or crafting a digital experience, I find fulfillment in collaborating with clients to create thoughtful design solutions that align with their goals and values.

Outside of design, I’m a professional dancer—a discipline that has deeply influenced my creative process. Dance has taught me the importance of discipline, collaboration, adaptability, and time management, all of which I bring into my design practice.
In my free time, I enjoy painting, spending time at my family’s farm, connecting with loved ones, going for nature walks, and fuelling my day with coffee (and the occasional Pepsi).

Design Training

I hold a Bachelor of Design degree from the University of Alberta, with a focus in Visual Communication Design. I have formal training in Adobe Creative Suite programs including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. I also have experience in illustration, painting, photography, and video editing, along with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Python.

Currently, I’m expanding my skill set by pursuing a Full Stack Web Development diploma with a specialization in C#. This training is allowing me to build more robust, interactive, and technically sound digital experiences—bridging the gap between visual design and functional development.
